We accept individuals on the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver, the Veterans Administration and Long Term Care Managed Medicaid Plans such as Fidelis, Nascentia, and VNSNY. Private Pay on an income based sliding scale is also accepted.
